14th Annual Ocean to Bay 5 Miler – Truro

The most scenic run around and the only race that takes you to both, the Ocean and the Bay! Race with the backdrop of the Atlantic ocean, run through Truro to Cape Cod Bay and then return to the light after a quick visit to Coast Guard Road beach. Plus, you’ll get a free ticket to tour the oldest lighthouse on Cape Cod. All proceeds from the Ocean To Bay 5 Mile Run benefit the Cape Cod Highland Lighthouse.
